i tell ya Lowry i think is glad they won't be facing us in the first round.

Why?  Lowry has pretty much been toying with Smart all year, including this game.
i don't know if were watching the same game tonight 4-16 and he's been toying?wow

Yeah Lowry has been awful this game

Smart is just ridiculous tonight. 6 pts on 3-11 shooting, but he's clearly been the best/most impactful player on the floor tonight.

He is playing on two team this summer , he will be healed up , He should be really improved by next season.

I'll understand if Danny trades him in return for a superstar, but I'll be really, really disappointed.  Smart is everything I love in a basketball player.

Exactly how I feel, too.

I'd be ok if Sully never took a 3 again

Okay, I'm about on board with winning the next two games and playing the Cavs. Going into the playoffs with a 6 game win steak and finishing two games below .500 would be pretty sweet.

Besides, it doesn't look like Indy will help us out tonight anyways.

Bradley with a charlie-horse. Doubt he plays tomorrow. Good deal, at least it's not serious.

HOLY CRAP. I don't know how any C's fan cannot like Smart. Seriously, the dude is the epitome of Celtics hard-nosed, physical basketball. I love it!
completely agree.  I notice the person who calls him Banks 2.0 doesn't show up in the game threads
they are probably out there drooling for elfrid. ;D
undoubtedly.

Oh bull.  Everyone knows that the grass is always greener over the septic tank, lol. ;) ;D

Crazy to think Dante Exum was taken before Smart...
still early for Exum.  hope we can still say that in 3 years though
Esp. the last 15-20 years when ppl are drafted much younger than say in the seventies + it has become much more international than it used, even the top 10 looks like a travesty with the hindsight of a few years... Just look at the draft positions of Marc Gasol, Ginobili and IT4...
With Gasol it is all the more crazy since he already had a successful brother in the league, he is 7 ft 1 in and had played for the national selection of Spain in 2006 winning a gold medal in the FIBA world championship.
It's a fair bet to say that half of the top-10 players of any given draft will get injured/have mediocre careers and several second rounders will become first rate players.
Just give it some time, and the whole draft will look it was made by a bunch of ignorant people who had one beer too many... The reality however is that it is extremely difficult to know in advance how players will progress in the NBA. You only know for sure when it's too late  ;D

Great 3rd from the C's.  Raptors only managed 17 points in that quarter.
