Kind of scary how DraftExpress doesn't list any centers on its board between Turner at 12 and Alexander at 32.

And, after Oubre and Dekker at 13 and 15, they don't have another SF (other than Hollis-Jefferson, who with a 20% 3-point shot, doesn't count in my book) until Justin Anderson at 33.

I'm thinking at that they're most likely to maybe add a 2nd to their own 1st to get Oubre or Dekker. I think they're gonna have to trade for their center.

I'd be surprised if they go for 3 rookies, so maybe they combine their other 2nd and 2nd 1st to get a project big such as Christian Wood, who I think will climb into the 1st round--or a quality player, such as Bobby Portis, despite positional need.

All I know is I really don't want to go for a safe pick this draft as we have enough solid players. Id rather take a chance on a high upside player that might be a greater risk as well, or I'd almost rather trade our multiple picks for either a higher pick this draft if possible or even a future draft with a higher pick.

It's weird that they have identical standing reaches but Okafor has 4 more inches on his wing span. Not sure how that is possible.
Jahlil has a longer neck?
that would only be the reason if his arms were attached to his head, no?  :P

or, the greater wingspan may be a function of okafor having much wider set of shoulders, thereby keeping his fingertips farther apart.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

I know it's fashionable to compare Kaminsky to Olynyk, but they seem like fairly different players to me.

Kaminsky looks like more a true center to me, and in terms of size and playing style he reminds me more of LaMarcu Aldridge than anybody else.  Nowhere close to the physical tools that LMA has, though, which will limit him.

My hope is that the Celtics have nothing to do with Myles Turner.  To my eye, he seems like a classic case of a big kid who grew too quickly and has an awkward bone structure just waiting to break down once he gets to the NBA.  Even if he doesn't have injury issues, I just doubt he'll be mobile enough laterally to be the defensive player some people project him to be.
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.
