Bad things happen when players return from injury.
IT did not match expectations, and psychologically this threw us off balance.

This blog is so bipolar. lol

I don't know, I'd contend that Koz's opinion of Stevens is pretty unwavering.  :)

Haha I'll give him that.

We need to track the positivity of these game threads based on how we're doing in the game. I'm fairly certain there's a correlation there somewhere.  ;)
Thats pretty reasonable, if they are playing bad people will be negative. Its not so much a bipolar thing as it is the guys that hate Smart, Stevens, ET what have you are very vocal when the team is struggling. When the team is playing great the more positive guys are more vocal.

There are a few green teamers who are thumbs up no matter what and a few debbie downers who are gloom and doom all the time.

Wade AND Whiteside both out?!

get ready for the Dragic and Beasley show!

If we manage to lose this at home, then we don't deserve to make the playoffs.

Hey, some of these recent games have positive established that Brad does in fact have a pulse. So I'll give him that. But to trot out visibly hurt IT tonight and leave him there for as long as he did, clearly not a good idea. Also probably could have reinserted some starters when our run started running out of gas, but it's easy to second guess, I guess.

Now the Heat own the tiebreaker, too. Just FYI. This is shaping up to be one hell of a race for the 8th seed, though.
If we're in the playoffs rather be the 8th seed anyway

True, but better to have it than not have it.

There are now legitimately four teams in the hunt for the 8th spot. Kinda scary. Hopefully we get the 15th pick (playoffs) or 9th pick. Anything else is a loss in my opinion lol

Stevens won't be happy after this one.

Probably going to have one of these in his mouth, when talking tough to the team.

Haha if any coach would it'd be BS. Maybe put a little chocolate syrup in that glass of milk to ease the pain.

Edit: *Milk*....Freudian slip I guess.

Yeah, IT had 3 TOs, was a -18, and clearly wasn't himself. I'd say they should sit him for New York to rest so he's available for Charlotte, but after tonight and the Detroit game you just never know.

Disappointing loss, but still in the hunt.

9th> 7th spot IMO, so no biggie tonight at least from this point of view.
What was really disappointing was the Q1 performance and that we failed to take advantage of Whiteside and Andersen's absence in the paint.
Plus, it looks like IT4 needs some more time to get back to 100%

Man, i liked it better the other way. I thought I was in the Penthouse forum.

Something just didn't seem right with the team tonight.

Especially the way they looked in the 1st half.

koz, i agree with you on the use of IT tonight, though i think CBS was desperate to score. but i also have this sneaking suspicion that if CBS had NOT played IT alot you might of criticized him for that....just so you can keep from being bipolar.  ;D
