his off the dribble driving hook off the glass at full elevation has to be one of my favorite shots, each time he has made this move-i just go nice, really nice,a classic and wasn't lopez impressive real nice touch but zeller kept countering with his new found jumper--with jj and crowder  it allows ainge more freedom to move up using all those 2nd rounders-

I'm starting to like Jerebko. He's been solid so far with the Celtics. I like the offense game he brings, some 3s, some drives, some posts. Rebounds a little. Nice 15-20 minute guy

If I was the coach of the Celtics, I would make every player learn to shoot a hook shot with either hand.

It is such a valuable thing to have close to the basket.

zeller has that little flip shot either hand with nice soft touch but lopez last night was just a joy to watch-his stock went way up but avery stopped on dime and pulled his own classic--turner post up another and brooklyns floaters in lane-you can really see where nba is going, bigs that can shoot put ball on floor and pass-my son recently played at highest level in england and all the bigs wanted to play outside, these europeans, not the english ,get schooled in fundamentals and shooting from the beginning--

I had been more impressed with his toughness and ability to contest on many plays one would think he would not.   This is true a lot on his rebounds.   He really mixes it and is mobile.   I like watching him more than the plodding one.

he does mix it up and love his cuts to basket and quick finishes, dives for loose balls without thinking but his slow release on outside shots means he gives up some open shots-again another player stepping in with no pre season or enough playing time in detroit to be in great shape-we need a back up center for playoff push and playoffs-without sully we need a big strong body-
