I think if we're going to make the playoffs, we need IT4. Does any one know what his current status is? I may be wearing rose-colored glasses, but perhaps he could've added something to the OKC game. We need this guy if we're going to make a strong run at that 8 seed. I hope he's back soon.

A. Sherrod Blakely (@SherrodbCSN) tweeted that Ainge said IT was a week away from playing

The second I saw that fall on his drive, I knew that would put him on the shelve for a few weeks. Also I don't expect the same IT for a few games. That had to be painful.

that still makes me angry...please for the love of god, just play Wallace and just have him deck Wade so hard he's out a month

Had no idea it was Wade. I agree... Crash is the perfect candidate for payback. Although, right now, Smart looks to be a goon with a bright upside. I know that doesn't please but 1% of this forum, but consider me part of that 1%. Highly support dysregulation among athletes (domestic violence excluded, of course).

Not soon enough. Frustrating that the timetable keeps getting pushed back. Don't want to play the "what if" game if the Celtics lose a few of these upcoming winnable games and it comes back to haunt them in the end.

I think he will be able to comeback with the team having 5-6 games left. If the Celts are out of the race, just sit him for the rest of the season.

I'm starting to feel the urge to tank again. If IT4 can't come back, I think we have a great shot at the ninth pock. I would then try to trade up a few spots by packaging the pick with the Nets pick next year.

I want WCS.

My gut says we're going to end up with a guy like Bobby Portis. And I'm not sold on WCS... he reminds me of a young Tyson Chandler. Chandler grew up and became a great leader. I don't know that that will happen with WCS. And I think that's a major reason Chandler had a big impact on the Mavs. Without that, his athleticism would not have made the difference between winning and losing.

After today, I think I'd rather a guy like Justise Winslow.

IT missing a few more games. Smart likely to be coming off the bench for his actions. The tank is in top 10 pick here we come.

I'll pass on Portis. Him and Looney seem to not have any bball smarts.

I agree. There are a handful of guys I'd prefer. Will be interesting to see if we trade up or not. Despite there being a talented group, like most years, there is no one that looks as if they'll become bonafide stars. I do like Okafor, unclear on Towns upside.. but I don't think there's a franchise player here. I'm comparing to Anthony Davis, and despite his having to share with so many other good players, just gave the impression he could be elite at the next level.

Could be wrong about those two, though. I especially like Okafor.

You're probably right about there not being a clear star. Even Okafor. He seems like he might be soft.

The guy from Ohio State seems to have his game together. I would probably take him first. I haven't really seen Turner play but I read scouts are concerned about his knees already. And The little I did see of Towns, he didn't seem to be all that quick side to side.

Edit. I meant to say Turner regarding his knees.

Bobby Portis is pretty darn good. He has had monster games all year including in the tourney with 18/14 game in losing to a 4th seeded UNC. He was the SEC player of the year and he is only a sophomore. We would be lucky to draft him outside top 10 he has Chris Bosh potential.
