Here is the video from Deadspin of the altercation that lead to a stabbing.  Crazy to think that something like this could happen at the Garden, but I will say the half hearted pat downs I get when I go into the building have lead me to believe something like this is possible.

Thankfully this guy's injuries aren't too severe. But just another example of why you shouldn't run your mouth in a place like this with people you don't know.  You never know who is carrying something.

Pat downs? I have never been patted down when entering. Back in my drinking days you could easily sneak booze in. Surprised it hasn't happened before this....

But is he going to play all 82 games of the 2015-2016 season?

Bunch of punks and wannabe tough guys.  I hope all of these morons get a lifetime ban from the Garden, and that criminal charges are brought.

They've got cameras on everyone in that place and pretty much know who's sitting in most of the seats, so its only a matter of time before they catch the guy.  Have to agree the pat downs are really half assed. The ushers/security have gotten a little better (they used to be non existent in the balcony) but I'm not surprised something like this would happen.

Back in the KG era I was at a playoff game where people were firing nip bottles and a lot more from the balcony and security was nowhere to be found.  Of course the game was pretty good so they probably got distracted....

Looks like a couple of thugs getting it on.

Sec. 311.  My seats are in that section.  Stabbing looks like near top rows of section.

Hope they find the guy.

You could say they're poking holes in the argument.

Sounds about right, that's where I tend to see the drunkest people.
