Alex Kennedy did a short video for Bleacher Report where he dreamed up a realistic scenario for next year's squad. He posited that the C's could put offers out there for Harris and Monroe and snag both of them while picking Cauley-Stein in the draft. So a starting five of:
PG: Smart
SG: Bradley
SF: Harris
PF: Monroe
C: Cauley-Stein

I'm not sure what I think of this lineup. I don't know too much about Harris, but if I remember right he's a solid defender and good scorer without much of an outside shot. I think this unit has some serious potential, but I worry about the lack of outside shooting with Smart being an average shooter and Bradley only a little above average.

What do you think?
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

This actually could be a possibility.

I don't know. I think Harris is from NYC and wants to play there.

I'd rather not tie up money on Harris. I think we can do better or wait for a better situation.

The WCS pick is starting to seem unlikely unless he slips to the 12th pick. We'd probably have to package a future first with this years pick to jump up to snag him. I think it would take this years and one of the picks from the Nets, and that seems like a lot on a defensive player with limited offensive ability.

I'd be happy with Thomas, Bradley, Crowder, Monroe, and Cauley-Stein.
