Sources say the Bucks may be willing to move John Henson if he could help them make a splashy addition (such as Reggie Jackson/Ty Lawson).

Think we could get Henson by relaying the Clips pick or one of our other picks to OKC while they trade Jackson to Milwaukee? It works in the trade machine if we take on Henson with one of our TPEs.

Would OKC want a player, too? Or would getting under the luxury tax be enough for them?

  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism

Uhhhh...Larry Sanders...maybe...better than buying him out, right???  ???

Wasn't even thinking about that. I wonder why they'd be willing to trade him for a better pg? Brings into question this report.

EDIT: Hard to see them rolling with Pachulia the rest of the way.

I wouldn't take this as them wanting a PG upgrade, especially with the way (all-star snub) Knight has played. Instead, I see them trying to have a duo PG backcourt (remember Kidd is the coach) since Knight is more of a scoring PG.

Who cares who their Center would be?  That's their problem.
Before a game on Christmas against the Pacers, Bird told Chuck Person that he had a present for him. During the game, Bird shot a 3-pointer in front of Person. Immediately after releasing the ball, Bird said to Person, "Merry F!#*ing Christmas!" and then the shot went in.

If Milwaukee wants Jackson for Henson, they could just trade them straight-up. Henson only makes $2M. OKC wouldn't pass on him just to save $2M.

EDIT: Sorry somehow I didn't see the draft pick in your description. Still I think Henson could be pretty useful in OKC versus a late pick.

Henson should be worth more than Jackson by a fair amount, considering he still has another year left on his rookie deal, so OKC would theoretically need to give up something more.  Since Henson would obviate the need for McGary, perhaps we could step in and take on Mitch while sending the Bucks something else immediately useful to a playoff contending team (like Brandon Bass, now that they're down another big)?  Milwaukee has the cap space to make deals.

I haven't seen much of Milwaukee this year.  Anyone know why Henson's minutes are down so much this year?  Injury?

At the beginning of the year it was due to Sanders having a ton of playing time. Not sure why now, though.

Why do they want to trade Henson when they are buying out sanders
Who plays C

Also PG upgrade?
They have Brandon knight who is still a young player that is producing and developing

I don't see how reggae Jackson is that much of an upgrade over knight
