i watch him attempting to play d and get over the top.  Please prince pull him aside and teach him your tricks.As much as marcus is struggling getting to hoop and sometimes bringing it up or going left,james is air balling or shooting clangers.Prince show him change of speeds how to run a play and how critical timing is.Teach young how to use his wingspan,your one of the best ive seen.Getting open and getting to his spots is critical to a shooter.

actually I never thought of that, it would help Young a lot. I think Prince is the only one on this roster with championship experience and has been there done that. Even his battle with the Celtics in 08 would help rookies like Young a lot.

another thing when prince plays he doesn't advertise his wingspan,its deceptive ,his whole style is almost like someone lulling you into false sense of security or becoming invisible ,non threatening in a way like peter falk -prince doesn't look deadly or act deadly  but he just keeps extending with placement and timing -he never seems in a rush or to exert himself-until

Watching the game the other night I was thinking the same thing. Both have the same build more or less, and that would help Young out a lot if Prince could teach him a think or two of how to play in a slight frame.

Both lefty's and thats  an advantage in the league at times. Young right now is a 18 to 23 foot shooter. Prince has a little bit over everything, and can get to the rim even though he's not super quick, like Young. Teach the kid to learn how to read the D and take what they give him. Get a floater going, he has the soft touch for it, take advantage.

I like how Young has been up faking his threes lately, and taking a step in an then taking the shot. Shows growth in his game already. He game up a shot one time when he drove and got into the paint, but didn't realize one more dribble he'd have a nice little floater. But he is 19 and hasn't even played in 20 games, or notch much more than that.

If DA can't get anything for him at the dead line, I hope DA has talks to Prince and make him an offer like what he did with Humps. Tell him to stay, and teach and next season he'll help get him a nice little contract on a better team.

I dont think it's any secret that Prince will be bought out if not traded. In fact, Jackie M. during the pregame show, said that he'll be gone soon and when she echoed that to Prince he simply laughed.
