Chicago traded the 16th and 19th picks to move up to 11th to pick McDermott.  The Celtics aren't going to jump from 15th to 9th for just a couple second rounders.

They also sent Anthony Randolph and a future second pick. So pick 16th, 19th, future second and Anthony Randolph for 11th pick. Thats a fair amount to move up 5 spots.
