If the guy can play with only one arm than he must be fine not being able to see or smell...

Kidding, hope RR is out a minimal amount of time.

Okay, since Pat Riley just showed up Danny's talent evaluation skills, let's see Danny at least show off his horse-trading skills once again. What can he get for shipping ET to Dallas? (I'm presuming they won't cough up much for L'il Phil.)

Or, maybe a three-way, whereby Danny sends out one of Prince, Bass, or Thornton to a team that will in turn deliver a PG to Dallas.

It sounds like they're just going to roll with Barea, Felton, and Devin, and play Monta at the pg spot some..Pg isn't there weakest position they can probably afford to lose Rondo for the time being.

If Rondo ends up being out for a long time (which I don't think is likely) I don't see why Dallas would go after a ball-dominant shooting guard. They already have a very good ball-dominant shooting guard. Since they've given up a lot their assets, they would probably just go after someone like Steve Blake who can play the "1" and just sit in the corner.

Poor guy is having a rough year. Some LA sunshine will do him good next season.

Dallas only has second round picks in the way of tradeable assets and about the only non-minimum salary to use for matching purpose is Ray Felton who has another year after this so he is a negative. They'll have to reinforce their bench with buyouts after the deadline most likely.

He's only likely to miss three games per the ESPN report. I don't think Dallas will look to trade for a PG when they already have Barea, Harris, and Felton to fill in for the few games Rondo misses.

  • Peace it's a board. We all will never agree.

I hope so and maybe Dallas will drop to the lottery too.
