You guys gotta give this up already , the Bradley hate is getting ridiculous. He's a very solid role player who gives you high level defense and a good jump shot. They're asking him to be an offensive focal point, which he is certainly not, because they don't have anybody else to do so.

He's being paid like the very good role player he is. In two years his 8 mil is gonna seem like chump change. It's not even bad right now .  The unjust hate for this guy is incredible.

This is probably not a good analogy, but Tom Brady brought up a good point in his interview yesterday.  When asked to comment on the fact that even with his denial, people would still believe he cheated.  He said something to the affect that he can't control what other people believe.
And, that may be the case here.  There are some in this group that can't stand Bradley. He could be scoring 100 points a night, averaging 25 rebounds a game along with 12 assists, 5 steals and 5 blocked shots and they would still hate him because..... it doesn't matter their reasoning.
Thus, it's not a matter that Bradley is good or bad.  They don't like him because that is what they believe.  There is no argument to that no matter what the evidence indicates.

It seems this year, the best player has gotten the most grief on here.

Therefore, is Bradley now the best player on the Celtics?

Well, not sure where the Bradley hate and threads are coming from (is he becoming our NEXT Rondo? Tony Allen? LOL) but GREAT win for BOS on the road in POR.

We've rarely won there over the years. It's amazing how Coach Stevens is leading these guys and making them compete night in and night out.

I have no doubt that as Danny molds this team Coach Stevens will lead this team very far.

Wow, as I check the box scores, AB lead us in scoring, played efficiently (8-16) 4 rebs, 4 assists 1 steal in 34 min.

What's the problem? :)

Did not see the game, mind you, but still - we won, right?

We can trade Bradley and we'll have a new designated guy to hate on.  It's never been any other way.

This. TP
The Nets will finish with the worst record and the Celtics will end up with the 4th pick.

1. We are not a team of MCW and d leaguers or the cancer that they call the New York Knicks. This team has some talent to beat even good teams (we almost beat LAC too). Not to mention Portland was without 3 bigs including 2 starters in Aldridge and Lopez. They'll overcome those loses but they certainly will lose a couple more games without them.

2. We are in year 2 of a rebuild. Trying to compete now is a waste because our assets (players and picks) are not as valuable as they could be and we just traded our two best players for not much which suggests we are leaning more towards tanking than competing.

I honestly thought we had a shot at the 7-8 seed early in the season but that would hurt our future success much more than missing the playoffs.

This point is highly debatable.  I still contend that keeping Rondo and Green and making a push for the playoffs could well have helped our future more than what Danny has done.

But, que sera.  We are where we are, and hopefully Danny can pull another rabbit out of his hat before too long.

Yes Bradley played him particularly well... Especially on this play.

AB played well after a cold shooting start.  He was huge in he fourth.

Still....in my eyes ....the difference Prince made was so critical.   Even though Green was a more volume scorer .   He lacked any floor leadership to speak of .

The team just seem smoother  ,      I think Bass , Sully , and Thornton mix well with Prince .   The Chemistry is good.

The Celtics  may win more games if these guys aren't traded.

Right, because a player should never score on another player. Players need to be held to 0 for shooting nights if the defense is to be considered good. Who cares if Lillard shot 8-23? That's meaningless because Lillard made a great move. Did you even watch the game?
