How he handle all the picks and this rebuild would determine in my opinion. So far he's done a fantastic job and we can't ask for more. We could get mad at him for giving Avery a ridiculous contract but he's not perfect. I can certainly overlook that if he's able bring us back to contending again in the not so far future.
It was obviously someone with profound faith in him , more than I can say for myself.
