I don't know about you guys, but I am just grabbing a big bag of popcorn and loving watching the Cavs completely unravel. Last night alone they benched Kevin Love for the last 18 minutes of the game (which happens, but is especially crazy a few days after his coach uses poor words to discuss his salary). They also had Lebron giving Blatt a shove, alledgely to stop him from getting a technical. Oh yeah they also lost for the 10th time in 12 games  and fell below .500 at the halfway point of the season.

Also before people try to trot out the tired argument that this is similar to the Heat's struggles in the first year, here is a pretty sobering fact. After 39 games the Cavs are 19-20. After 39 games the first year heatless were 30-9. Not very similar at all......

Grab some popcorn this is getting epic

How funny would it be if Love leaves , Lebron leaves cause love signed elsewhere , and Wiggins becomes an MVP candidate in a few years ? Only Cleveland could muff up that bad ....

Don't forget that they have also traded away 3 firsts, Waiters, and Zeller for [essentially] Mozgov and Shumpert. Oh, and they just signed Anderson freakin' Varejao to a long-term deal.

If Love and Lebron leave, the Cavs may actually have to relocate.

This kind of scenario is why I never believed LeBron would come back to Cleveland until just before it happened - it was always so much more likely to be a disaster than a success.

Being great in Cleveland but always falling short in the playoffs --> going to Miami and making 4 straight finals with 2 titles --> going back to Cleveland, winning no titles AND royally screwing up the franchise is about as ugly of a legacy a player as great as LeBron can leave behind.  (still time to avoid it, though, but it doesn't look good so far).

People may also call me an idiot for saying this, but is Kevin Love better than Wiggins right now?

In his last 10 games he is averaging 20 points a game on 48% shooting 5 rebounds, a steal and 2.5 assists. He is also a reasonable defensive player, and hard to argue that Love is great in that area.

Don't think this will be an issue.

Love is fool's gold just like Sully neither plays but puts up good numbers.   Sully's last game was great but I would be bad Jared comes back.

Your only as strong as your base, Irving and Love do not play D.

How funny would it be if Love were to opt out of his deal, and both he and Rondo joined up with Kobe in L.A.?!  :o ;)

I do feel bad for Blatt.
He is a good coach.

Dan Gilbert is a creep, so I have a hard time feeling bad for the team. I feel badly for Blatt, who is a good coach, and for the fans, and for Kyrie Irving.
At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.

If you had told me two years ago that Kyrie Irving would be the third most entitled superstar on his own team, I wouldn't have believed it.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Cleveland and about 70 % of this blog messed that one up.  It is a good team
on paper (3 big stars) and might have worked out, but their chemistry is worse
than anyone could foresee.  I give them all an F for how they've  handled
the struggle, starting with Lebron.  As the leader he should be teaching others
how to be patient and positive.  Instead it's the opposite.
