getting a draft choice for doc because brad stevens is perfect pick for this rebuild. Not many experienced quality coaches have the temperament to be a builder.I enjoy ainge's picking up first round draft choices that other teams gave up on or didn't fit-Zeller,Turner and crowder.Had hopes brandan wright was going to be a shot blocker, we haven't had but watching him be pushed around and not grabbing rebounds in the short minutes given was enough. It's all about matchups , turner had big game avery had big game ,KO, sully , zeller crowder.

of all the moves, I loved the Austin Rivers to Clippers deal

it's essentially holding his son ransom for a second pick, and if he doesn't bite, o the Thanksgiving Father-Son reunion will be mad awkward

Given that the Clippers second round pick is the NBA equivalent to a bag of Doritos, I find this concept hilarious :)

Danny made him an offer he couldn't refuse.

Those late 2nd round spots have "EuroBig" written all over them, with "stash in Europe" as a subtitle.  It's not much, but may be worth something on a team looking for cheap roster filler (contender) or really looking for as many swings at the piƱata as it can get (rebuilder).

Ainge usually goes with the flawed USA guy here, a guy that play without a position.  Like Glen Davis, or Powe but I can't recall him taking a EuroBig in the 2nd round.

Given that Austin Rivers is the NBA Equivalent of a half-eaten, stale doughnut, I'll take that bag of Doritos any day.

Sure, I'll agree with that. Just not sure why the excitement over swapping a stale doughnut for a bag of chips.

I'm not particularly excited, but producing something from nothing is kinda cool and does show that our front office has some pretty good attention for detail.
