What are the chances he gets sick of New Orleans and wants to play for a young team that has a chance to win something with him?

Had to ask.  Thing is you put Davis on this team we've got something where I'm not sure New Orleans does with Jrue and Asik.  Pretty mediocre supporting cast.   We get a top pick i'd flip it for Davis I think if that were at all possible.  Not saying they would or he'd even want to come here.

Less than zero, actually.
It's nice seeing him get exposed as overrated after having argued with fellow fans for years that he was overrated.. but I don't hate him. I'm looking forward to seeing him [...] bounce around to a couple more teams... eventually come back to Boston[...] and helps us as a role player until he runs himself out of the league.

He's going to end up like Durant in New Orleans I feel.  He doesn't even have the same supporting cast. They are trying to put one around him.   Asik, Jrue, Gordon etc.. But they don't even have Westbrook.  OKC was lucky to get him later and New Orleans is going to have to pull something.

We are building differently I feel and more physical and looking to get a big time center.

It's more fit vs having one superstar.  But Davis ultimately may end up like KG down the line where New Orleans is going to have to build for quite some time and he may be their only guy ala Dirk Nowitski sort of thing.

I Don't know if he stays in New Orleans his entire career and may end up on a different team like the Lakers or something.  Sully is our guy and KO. If I had a chance to add Davis to a championship mix.

They aren't zero at all. The Pelicans will certainly offer him a max extension in 2015-2016 as a good will sign instead of letting him become an RFA in 2017. When that deal comes to a close, if the Pelicans are a bad team I'm sure he'll be looking for a sign and trade somewhere else when that deal runs reaches its final year.

TL;DR Reopen this thread in 2022.

Maybe New Orleans will trade him to us if we give all of our first rounders for the next 10 years?

He'll sign a max extension coming off his rookie deal.  He's not going anywhere anytime soon.

I ve already offered the whole team, coach and water boy for Davis .

They hung up .

He ll stay there ...till he realizes he needs to go to Lakers or Mavs or Spures to get a ring.

Wasted like KG  all those years in Minn.

Every team has a chance to win something with him.

It will be interesting to see what Pop does with his big three close to calling it a career.
