I never wanted him on the team anyway. The Celtics two talented power forwards that need to be developed.

I watched one half of a Bucks game last week and was very impressed with Henson he seems to have bulked up some and now looks the part of a Center. I expect his role to continue to grow in Milwaukee.

Sorry but that's a homer comment. Henson does stuff those guys are just not capable of.

I think Henson with his long arms has a lot of upside, I can't say that of our "talented" Power Forwards with confidence.

We don't need a guy with a 7'5" wing span whose a pick-n-roll monster / shot blocker?

Or put another way, is there anything the Cs don't need, and if there is... would the above be low on that list?

I don't think he was ever seriously available and people who wanted to trade for him just don't understand how teams think.  I believe the rumors that it would have taken a lottery pick to get him over the summer.

He is a clone of Brandon Wright with extra rebounding.

And the Celtics bigs are just as multidimensional than John Henson.

They are talented and right now I can say with confidence, I would rather have Sullinger/Olynyk than John Henson.
