Young looks nervous out there. He'd already have four three point attempts in the D League by now.

Not impressed with Stevens. He really has no idea what he is doing in the NBA. It's been more than a season and his approach is NOT WORKING.
If  you're figured out what his approach actually is, you're way ahead of me. I still can't.

Smart is ready. Start him with Turner and give him the ball.

Leave Young in the rest of the game. Let him work out the nerves.

That's one of the few lineups we haven't tried yet lol

Young didn't box out a few plays ago, led to an offensive reb and putback.  Cmon rook.

I would do this, KO, and just start the game with an athletic lineup. And if it doesn't work out, bring the original starters back out on the next game. It's time to shake things up.

Sure. Play everybody. Make sure the players roles are confusing. Play to your weaknesses. Be stubborn. Think you know the NBA. Basically, be incompetent. It's very simple.

All 12 guys have played in this game.  The tank is on.  Switching over to the Texas Oklahoma game.  Might as well check out Myles Turner.

The problem is this: Ainge & Stevens want to play some of these guys under the false pretense that their value will increase with minutes. Well, when Jeff Green checks out and Bass is confused about his role and Evan Turner is thrown out there to play the point, and your team is losing by 20 to a crappy Charlotte team w/ no Stephenson and no Big Al, it defeats any purpose you had to play those aforementioned veterans.

Teams don't want to pay the price Ainge wants, so instead of taking what they can and moving on, they stubbornly continue to play them and hope for the best. Meanwhile, our young guys and others who might actually have a role on this team in the long term, sit and waste what could be valuable playing time.

What we're left with is a team that's the very definition of mediocrity, while hurting our future, all at the same time...YAY!
