Rajon is really sticking it into Danny isnt he?

Would've been nice if he could've done this for us.... Naw, slacking on D and only deciding to play once every couple of games was good enough for him.
He did play this way for us. A lot. Ask D Wade and D Rose and Lebron and Kobe

Well, I can't excuse the lack of extra effort when we are a losing team, but when it mattered, he did play like this if not close.

Yeah, I feel like he hasnt been National TV Rondo with us this season, but I certainly disagree that he was slacking off. You cant average double digit assists by slacking off, could have been better if he stepped on that extra gear, but I believe that being dangled in the trade rumors kind of got him disinterested.

I agree, I said that on another post.....LOL..some got ruffled over it....LOL...even at half speed, if it was...he played better and harder, and more effective than most...

Haha good one. I'm seriously wanting to know what Rondo you guys were watching that you think he played harder than most.

The guy who led the league in assists at the time he was here and led all guards in rebounds.

you should try playing playing point guard sometime....always dribbling, running, looking, moving...covering the best and fastest on the other team, making layups.....tp for ^

I'm sorta watching to see if Rondo loses this game for the Mavs with his free throw shooting

This has got to be bothering someone else. Why do they let Dirk lay his hands on people and take them for a walk into the paint every time he sets a screen at the top of the key?

Like, I know that the Celtics are mostly switching, and telegraphing it at that, but it's still a dirty and entirely illegal way to keep the new defender from getting into position

Let's call it how it is. Stevens couldn't coach up Rondo because he didn't know how.

So tired of this Mr nice.
I see this the exact opposite way. Rondo never even gave it a try.

There is so little to be excited about on this Celtics team right now.
So true

How is anyone going to get going with all these substitutions. This is crazy. The only player we're missing so far is Pressey. Stevens needs to go

So since I missed the first half... some explain to me how Rondo went 7-9 shooting with 4/4 from threes?  Did we just leave him wide open?

He's an elite NBA player, not really too difficult to figure out how he is having a great game.

It really shouldn't need an explanation. ::)

The guy known for playing with a dislocated elbow and a partially torn acl. If anything he was too tough

thos halftime videos showed me another 100 things I forgot about our man RONDO, and why he deserves the respect we have for him as a CELTIC..!!!

Our bench stinks. Smart, Crowder, and a bunch of loafers.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Oh, you must mean the guy who consistently let his guy drive past him, didn't fight through screens, and didn't give a crap about D in Boston. That guy?  ;)

He wasn't playing like this when he was here. Not since 2012 playoffs anyways.

Celtics staying within shooting distance. 11 point deficit.

Small run and it's suddenly a 5-6 point game.

Haha, Rondo with the air-ball on the 3! Fitting after the 4-4 on earlier 3s.

It's amazing the things a good player can do when an entire defense isn't trying to stop just him.
