Rajon is really sticking it into Danny isnt he?

Would've been nice if he could've done this for us.... Naw, slacking on D and only deciding to play once every couple of games was good enough for him.
He did play this way for us. A lot. Ask D Wade and D Rose and Lebron and Kobe

Since when is 20% of the time a lot? Again, I don't know what Rondo you've been watching lately.
I watched him pretty closely in the stands at the Wizards game a few weeks ago. Ask John Wall if it was easier playing against Rondo or Smart.

TP..nice point..!

Yeah, I mean 1 game is a pretty good sample size to use to extrapolate facts  ::)

How about you ask Conley and the dozen other point guards that feasted on Rondo when he was here?
Sure. Ask every point guard in the league who they fear more in a game. That would probably be a good idea.

It is brutally annoying that I pay for NBA League Pass and I can't watch this game.

Me too.  Very frustrated.
I'm watching the game on a pirated stream.  The NBA can eat my butt-hole.  I pay them for NBA League Pass... there's no reason why a game on NBA TV shouldn't be available to me.  I'm trying to avoid paying Comcast for anything... if the NBA wants to let me pay them directly for NBA TV, that's fine... but this is ridiculous.

Same here.  Funny thing is they have a "NBA League Pass" icon at the bottom of the screen next to the score.
Dude good call... what the heck?

Well, I can't excuse the lack of extra effort when we are a losing team, but when it mattered, he did play like this if not close.

Yeah, I feel like he hasnt been National TV Rondo with us this season, but I certainly disagree that he was slacking off. You cant average double digit assists by slacking off, could have been better if he stepped on that extra gear, but I believe that being dangled in the trade rumors kind of got him disinterested.

I agree, I said that on another post.....LOL..some got ruffled over it....LOL...even at half speed, if it was...he played better and harder, and more effective than most...

Haha good one. I'm seriously wanting to know what Rondo you guys were watching that you think he played harder than most.

The guy who led the league in assists at the time he was here and led all guards in rebounds.

Monta Ellis has been bad so far. Passive a lot of the time. Then gets frustrated and has one of those possessions where he overdribbles and forces low percentage shot.

So since I missed the first half... some explain to me how Rondo went 7-9 shooting with 4/4 from threes?  Did we just leave him wide open?

Zeller should be for keeps. At worst he's an excellent backup Center for us moving forward.

This has got to be bothering someone else. Why do they let Dirk lay his hands on people and take them for a walk into the paint every time he sets a screen at the top of the key?

The guy known for playing with a dislocated elbow and a partially torn acl. If anything he was too tough

I'm really starting to wonder if Smart just can't get past NBA level guards. I mean you have Barea on you, get into the paint.

It is really strange (and worrying!).

I remember Ron Artest -- who I liken Smart to physically (bullish strength, elite lateral quickness, lack of explosiveness) -- struggled to score much his first 2 years in the league. Took him until his 4th/5th year until he really started to explode as a scorer.

I wonder if we just need to be very patient with Smart. Multiple years type patient. For him to find his groove as a scorer in the NBA.
Some of the time I think/hope he's bitten on subtle fakes to be a half a step behind his man but it will be a concern if it persists for years. He is a work in progress but I think he has the fortitude to improve.

Nope, Rondo's working.

Wait until Dirk gets going, lol.

Dirk torched us even during the Big Three days...I hope I'm wrong this time, though.

Pretty much except one of them was an end of shot clock mandatory attempt.

Edit: And another was at the end of the 1st quarter.
