Maybe they should trade him instead of risking losing him for nothing.

Sounds like media speculation.
I think its leaks from his "camp" to keep Cleveland mindful of his leverage.

Lebron and Love and Irving can walk at the end of the year, if they want to.

And we own Cleveland's first round pick next year 1-10 protected.

Irving can't go anywhere, he signed a five year extension.

Edit: http://sports.yahoo.com/news/details-of-kyrie-irving-s--90m-extension-with-cavs-233330330.html

Details 90 million dollars, opt out after the 4th year, will become a Derrick Rose max if he meets criteria (30% of cap), and a 15% trade kicker.

Well, guess who would have the cap space if he did walk.

This is the real reason for the 2 year deal. I felt the upcoming increased cap was just a built-in excuse.

maybe the celtics could trade zeller and thornton and a first round pick, 1-10 protected, for him?  ;D
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Sounds like an opportunity for Danny to help some team clear salary to take a run at LeBron again (only for him to opt after year 1 and leave again).

It would be so Cleveland if they gave up four 1st round picks to get Love and LeBron this summer, only for them to leave after a year.

Yes, Danny should help every team in the NBA get better except his own.

Half joking, kinda, sorta.

LeBron is not leaving Cleveland after one year.  The damage to his public image would be worse than anything short of being caught with the proverbial dead girl or live boy.  Love, on the other hand, could jump ship faster than any rat.  He just turned 26 in September and does not strike me as the sort of beta-male who will happy playing the Chris-Bosh-in-Miami role.
