Rondo's a BAAAD man

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LxLokrATgIw

He'll prove the doubters wrong, and help DAL along the way.

This blog needs a bad guy...'Toine, TA, and now Rondo.

Interestingly enough, all three of those enjoyed success once they left BOS...'Toine got a ring in MIA, TA's came close, and soon enough Rondo will have a case as well.

Lol - TA sucked. ;D I can't believe that people actually miss that guy.  I was so happy the minute he signed with Memphis.  There's only so much that I can take, haha.

bc he quit on the Celts.  And now with his new team, he is playing the way he was expected to play as a Celtic from the beginning of this season.  If he played better, maybe he doesn't get traded or at least we can get back more than we did.  I don't really care anymore. Don't watch the Mavs nor Rondo.   My focus on the current Celts team

My other reply has vanished.  I will just say that the comment above is trolling at its best.
Before a game on Christmas against the Pacers, Bird told Chuck Person that he had a present for him. During the game, Bird shot a 3-pointer in front of Person. Immediately after releasing the ball, Bird said to Person, "Merry F!#*ing Christmas!" and then the shot went in.

Rondo is water under the bridge now.

He can't goof  off now though .   He is going to have to play balls to the wall hard every minute on the floor . Or be sit down or called out by his team

I expect the shine will wear off pretty fast once the road gets ruff.....and he starts coasting

Will be interesting to see what Mavs are willing to pay him to stay ...

I bet he moves on to another team

That's why I really don't understand why some people are questioning his "sudden" effort level. The Mavs want him there for defense and he's going against some of the best in his position on a nightly basis. He doesn't have that security blanket anymore.

Effort level is determined by opposition level?  The C's played some of the West's best this year.

He might be playing with some more fire right now, but hes also playing on games that matter now, for a NEW team.  When you start a job for a new employer, do you try extra hard to give youre new coworkers and employer a good impression of you?  Yes.  Does that mean you didnt work hard at your last job?

its silly to think he quit on his team.  the guy has a contract to play for next year it would make no sense for him to mail the season in from day 1.

were there some games he was probably on auto pilot.  Sure.  Did he force some fancy passes that he probably wouldnt in a game that mattered?  Sure.  Youre gonna lose your focus a little bit when youre playing on a team that you know and everyone else knows doesnt have the talent to go anywhere

Saying he quit on his team would put him in the Mark Blount category, and if you really think thats where he belongs, then you lose all credibility.

Your a fool if you think he tried his best when he was a Celtic this season.

Was the double negative a subconscious slip? Are you really looking for validation in this thread?
