I guess Stevens quit on Smart tonight.

Yep and he's one of the few reasons to even watch so it's disappointing

I understand the learning process, but producing nearly a turnover a minute in this game isn't worth leaving him in.

Sure, but consider the alternatives. I prefer to watch Smart take his lumps, then play marginal players who won't (hopefully) play a meaningful role in our future. We've given up on actual winning a while ago. Now the only game in town is player development.

I know a way that we can come back. Does anyone here live in the D.C area and know how to make Flubber?
I think it's possible flubber would just make things worse.

Positives of the Rondo trade....

1. Maybe we use the tpe for something.
2. We have Wright, the next Russell which is why Bass is getting minutes over him.
3. Rondo haters (may) finally see how much he meant to this team.
4. Tank city... though the bball Gods will make sure our pick is bad

Jae Crowder and Brendan Wright are both like 1 for 1 now. Those are good shooting percentages. That makes me feel better about the trade

Honestly, I think this will be the biggest benefit.

On the BBall God's screwing us: Ultimately, when we got pick 5 and Portland was "gifted" Oden, It's pretty clear that we caught the break there.

Pressey is awful.
But does he have a good free throw percentage? How about fg%?

Rondo by now would've made such a difference. Surely he would have 3 rebounds by now and we'd be down less than 20.

At the game tonight.  Don't know how bad it looks on TV, but it looks worse here.

I feel for you, man. For Christmas I bought my son tickets to next week's game against the mavs. Flying in from Cincinnati. May be the worst present I've  ever given anyone, haha.

Is that what happened a couple weeks ago when they beat the Wiz? Is that how it worked?

It's going to be awesome. Taking my son and two of his friends to welcome back Rondo.

This is my birthday present to myself.  I've had better birthdays.

What's happening now on the court this half may not be a good spot to pick for guffawing Rondo's absence mattering.

For what it's worth, before the Rondo trade, the Celtics were one of the best first quarter teams. In the last four games, the team has been second to last.

Also, Wright is being terrorized in the post.
