Is he TANKING?

Had a chance to put Rondo on the foul line twice in the waning seconds of a close game and he declined both times.

Yes, he knows what he's doing.  He doesn't want his team to take any three pointers, he still plays kobe so much, and his team has a horrible record.

He can tank with the best of them (the best, of course, being Hinkie)
