Rondo always played very well when he actually had some dependable players around him......now he has to do EVERYTHING AND LEAD, and pass, and bring the ball up, and shoot, and defend and......

I don't know about ALWAYS, but he definitely did play his role better and more consistently when he had better players around him.

only TWO players ALWAYS had good games....bird and Jordon.....

Rondo is not a ball in his hand closer. Not a big deal. Somebody else will have to take that role. No reason to trade a walking triple double for that.  I don't think they should trade Green either. He's pretty talented. Just trade some of those picks and expiring contracts for a upgrade at the 2 and a rim protector.

Even Jordan didn't win until he had better players around him.

Rondo shot...and made... a layup!

Disclaimer: I incessantly defend the guy, but it's fun to engage in sarcasm at a sports team's expense from time to time.

ya, our 2's are weak shooters....smart or brad......one needs to turn into a shooter and one needs to go.......bass and sully..i like them both but they are mirrors of each other.....sully can be better......if either had a real nose for rebounds like rodman....they have the body and the ability...just no desire.....

Stevens following through with his promise of more high P&Rs to get Rondo going. Seems to be working.

It's amazing what Rondo can do when he's into it. Responding to those trade rumors, perhaps? Maybe that was all a motivational tool from Danny (it's been done before).

Yep.  Ainge SUCKS.
