Personally, I am hater with occasional outbursts of love (after yesterday's 3pt I wanted to kiss him). But, I think that deep down he is a teenager with a non-realistic self image.
Especially when he plays defense he sends to the rest of the world the message:

At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.

though "i would hate to love him" would also seem to work for you.  ;D
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Lukewarm.

He's fine for the time being given the current circumstances but he shouldn't be part of the long term plan.

In general = lukewarm on Turner
For Celtics = I don't think he has any future with the team. Do not think Turner fits well with Rondo & Smart. Need better shooting wing. Temp worker. Not long term employee.

Actually, if he shaved that goatee he could come off less as a narcissistic teenager.
But, yes, as long as he keeps it and speaks with this weird accent (any Americans who know what this accent is about, I d appreciate that) yes, it's true 'i'd hate to love him'. After the 3pt I was like
'how the f am I supposed to react?'

To understand my feelings, you have to take into consideration I was one of the extremely few people who consistently followed Philly last year.
Boy, he was really something... To begin with, and leaving aside the whole D thing, it was never clear what position he played in the offense. This is sort of OK if you are LeBron, but let's say the ET experiment to play as a power guard wasn't exactly a success...

you never know smart /rondo may straighten him out--look who he's played for that didn't help, brad stevens  and playing under those banners and living in boston with it fans. Brad stevens may be the best coach ever for rookies to come up under  and that includes Thorton much too early to hate him-
