Not sure what you're expecting for $8 million a year?
Someone who doesn't look like a complete disaster when you give him the ball and he can't shoot it right away? Is that too much to ask for?
He's not a complete disaster?
Have you seen him trying to dribble, pass or make a layup in traffic?
Yes and it's not as disastrous as you make it out to be
You might wanna try watching again. He's actually more disastrous then you think.
I did and he's not as bad as say Thabo, the guy you would trade Bradley for without blinking.
Thabo and Bradley's PER are exactly the same. That's fairly pathetic for Bradley then. Thabo also turns the ball over half the time Bradley does. Thabo is a 6 foot 7 shooting guard who plays defense arguably as well as Bradley (I think as well since Bradley isn't the ball hawk he was once known for), has a better basketball IQ can guard three positions with his length and actually knows what to do with the ball when he gets it. He doesn't need the ball to impact the game and he is much cheaper than Bradley. All pluses in my eyes.
We're being far too critical on Bradley. Thabo has a far better situation than the Celtics do, and isn't asked to create offense except for defending and shooting 3's.
I'm not a huge fan of AB as I was, but I think we can't determine his true value defensively until we get an Center/defensive anchor inside to at least make players think before trying to finish inside.

Is the glass half-full or half-empty?
It's based on your perspective, quite simply
We're the same and we're not; know what I'm saying? Listen
