Avery Bradley Sucks

What can I say I am done with avery bradley. Sure he can shoot pretty well and we all love his defense but its not worth it. He is not a smart enough player and that's being nice. I cringe when him and bass are out there trying to do to much because I know they're about to turn it over. Whether its dribbling off his foot to end a game or just telegraphing a pass he simply doesn't get it. He's a liability. It's like watching a middle schooler.

I cringed at our ball movement on that last attempt before when Rondo was fouled and PHOE stole the ball.   You had Sully and AB all on the same side of the court.    I would have rather seen Green take the shot, he was at least somewhat hot at times tonight.

Agreed, I also think he will become a better shooter. He has nice form on his shot, just gotta keep it consistent.

It might just be me, but in watching AB now for 5 years or however long its been (seems like an eternity at times) he absolutely, IMO, has one of the lowest basketball IQs I've seen of a player in the NBA. That idiotic pass attempt in the final minute that Bledsoe stole is a prime example.

He's alright.  Still undersized. Offense improved and his defense regressed ... Which is something a few of us anticipated.  His defense always seemed to be more about effort than skill.  It was easier for him to play obnoxiously aggressive defense when he didn't have any offensive responsibility.

I still think his future is as a back up defensive role player. Someone you can put in to harass the opposing team's PG.

It also seemed to be the "Lin effect" as well. Bradley's run came in the middle of the lockout season, and the league was extremely exhausted from the condensed schedule.

I'm hopeful and optimistic that this will happen.

He is a decent back up .  Good guy during the meat of the game .

We have nobody to protect the paint around our bucket and nobody who can take over the last minute of a game and shoot us into a win .  Green just isn't the guy .

He is not the elite player required to make a team a contender .

He can t take over a game or create instant offense in clutch situations .   Like Parker or KD , or even Cp3

Yeah I can't agree more here. I've been openly admitting my hate for Bradley since day one and it only get stronger after each game. He had a good stretch of what, 16 games in a lockout season and every one thought he was the second coming of Westbrook and continue to hold out hope. This 4 year deal was atrocious. I can't wait til he's gone.

Seeing a line up of Pressey, Bradley, Turner and Sully on the floor tonight was one of my lowest Celtics moments in a long long time.

You're right, he sucks. Rondo, too (five turnovers tonight and a brainfart that cost us a shot at winning the Cavs game)! And Green (stripped with little time left in tonight's game)!
