Unless Jeff Green could somehow figure it out. He needs to believe and understand and know that he is the best player on this team. His performance shapes our outcome offensively and defensively. Rondo is super great but his performance is not going to win us ball games.
I'll say trade Jeff with Young and Smart for Mello if possible. Don't want to trade anyone but something has got to give. This team is a player away from being championship like. These games we're losing we would've won them all. We're missing Paul Pierce pretty much, and we need another Paul Pierce to help Rondo.
