Our five best players according to 82games.com are Rondo, Smart, Green, Sullinger, and Olynyk.

I would like to see them start together.

Our two worst players?

Thornton and Bass.

I would rather make sure that Smart plays PG all the minutes that Rondo is on the bench. They can still be on the court together plenty, even if not at the beginning of the first and third..

I'm not at all surprised by the top 5, or Thorton being one of the worst.  I haven't seen a player as consistently ineffective as Thorton in a long time.  Bass still has value, but not much in this current system.

It says something that Sullinger and Olynyk are 2 of our top 5 most effective players - We don't have much talent on this team.  They are likeable players, but should be 8 & 9 or 9 & 10 on our most effective list if we had a good team.

Well than, according to this, Young is by far their best player. Maybe he should start?

Bass is the worst. That's why Ainge can't even give the guy away.

You need a website to tell you who are best players are? Can't people think on their own anymore?

First of all, that does not take into account minutes.   Young being so highly ranked in a joke.  Yes, he has shown promise but the kid has hardly played.

Kind of contradicts these stats

This was the unit I was most looking forward to this year. Yes Smart is a PG but unlike AB, he actually has the body and strength of a 2 guard.
The Nets will finish with the worst record and the Celtics will end up with the 4th pick.

The sample size is still too small to draw any real conclusions. Let's see what the rankings are after 20-25 games.

Talk about an inverted paradigm -- you have a backcourt that can't shoot with a frontcourt that's best on the perimeter.
At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.

I pay far more attention to the five man units plus minus than who the individual simple rating
http://www.82games.com/1415/1415BOS2.HTM

Our best lineups are:
Rondo-Bradley-Green-Sullinger-Olynyk tied with Rondo-Bradley-Green-Sullinger-Zeller at +14
Bradley-Turner-Green-Sullinger-Olynyk +8

Worst lineups
Smart-Thornton-Turner-Bass-Zeller -7
Rondo-Bradley-Turner-Green-Sullinger -5
Rondo-Smart-Bradley-Green-Olynyk -4 (tied with three others)

Other observations:
For the pub, the 3 guard lineup got, it has not had the production to match.

Green has not been good at the 4 at all.

If they are going to run the 3 guard lineup they need to have Sullinger at the 5, when they play Olynyk at the 5 with that lineup it doesn't work. I would also like to see the 3 guard lineup with Sullinger and Olynyk or Green and Zeller.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

It's amazing to me that people don't realize this. Every time Bass goes in the game, the other team starts getting dunks and layups.

He has played well, but the sample size for him is too small....obviously.

Rondo and Smart have not played together enough to get a proper sample size.
One thing that is clear at this point is that we need Smart back asap.
