HELP - Problems Watching Celts on Frontier UVerse

I am out of the local Celts market 06437 and I have to purchase NBA league pass every year which usually works fine. This year Frontier bought Uverse in Ct from At&T. Now all the Celts games are blacked out when the should not be. Technical service with Frontier has not been able to solve this issue. Is there anyone out in Ct experiencing the same problem? I miss watching the games.
