Hey everyone,

I'd love to be able to get League Pass, but due to the cost, it isn't an option. So my next best option is the radio broadcast. Due to where I live (Idaho), I can't get any of the broadcasts without buying the upgrade of the NBA Gametime app (which I'm fine with). Could I get your opinion on how the radio broadcasts are? Are they engaging, informative (follow the action), entertaining, etc? I've never followed a season with audio only, but since my beloved Celtics are only on tv threeish other times for me this year, I figure I'll give it a try.
It's only a $10 cost, but, hey, $10 is half a week of groceries (we're light eaters...).

Do you think its worth it, or will I be too disappointed that I can't see the games?

Thanks for any help with this.

I don't listen often, but I like listening to the radio broadcasts when I'm driving, etc.  I feel like you can follow the action reasonably well, and the chemistry in the broadcast booth is good.  Cedric Maxwell isn't for everyone, but for $10, I'd take the plunge.

None of the radio stations that carry the games stream from their websites for free?

If you have any family or friends back in the area you can live stream the games through csnne.com or the sports live extra app using their xfinity (or other provider) account. It works really well but then again if you don't know anyone from the New England area this wont work. Also check out firstrowsports
