Who is the Nets coach?

Lionel Hollins. Use to coach rthe Grizzlies.

He is doing some really strange things.

re- Garnett. He still looks like he could be dropping in some simple hooks and jumpers. He's deferring on offense when he touches the ball but he hit that one over Sullinger easy enough

I think he'll do well overall, but he has little to work with in Brooklyn. More so with Lopez out.

KG really shouldn't even be starting at this point of his career, but Hollins has no choice.

I have a question for you all.  Lets say we do not trade Rajon Rondo. Like I am sure most of us loyal fans are hoping does not happen.  Do any of you know of any people we could get if we opted to build around him and give him the max deal he has earned now that Kevin Love is off the table?
No. That's why it hasn't happened yet.

It couldn't happen yet. Any extension signed now wouldn't be near the amount he could make by becoming a free agent.
No just right now but last year as we'll. Ainge has stated he is building around Rondo. If he can't do it then none of us can figure it out either.

PG: Deron
SG: Jack
SF: Bogdanovic
PF: Joe Johnson

This is a big part of why KG is looking so bad at the center position. No help on interior defense or rebounding ... and it's not even a lineup that offers much perimeter defense / quickness either. Awful combination of players.

Switch Johnson with Bogdanovic.

This team is incredibly even, and not necessarily in the bad sense. Very deep team.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

I love Rondo's instincts.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

The decline of Deron Williams has been so disappointing. I used to love watching him play when he was with the Utah Jazz. Such a terrific all-around big PG. Guys like that usually age so well too. Deron fell off a clip.

An middle of the pack starting PG nowadays. Maybe even the back end of that middle of the pack.

Is Lopez still hurt?

So, you accept that Rondo should not sign an extension. Ergo, he has to wait to hit free agency. But to say "because it hasn't happened yet" is just ignorant of the contract/CBA situation.

This building around is a process. It has been one year. Nearly one half into the season the build looks pretty good.  ;D ;D
