Josh Smith has hurt them. They were better of with Tarik Black.

Big problem for Houston is their offense is too predictable.

Their offense was found out in playoffs last year and it has only gotten worse this season with the downgrade from Parsons to Ariza (offensively speaking) and the loss of Jeremy Lin. James Harden is the only perimeter player who can create off the dribble consistently. Every opposing team's defense knows exactly what is coming.

In the playoffs, against the best defensive teams, that simply isn't good enough.

I wonder if their offense was really 'found out' or if the reticence of the referees to bail them out with foul calls was a bigger difference maker.

I think almost everyone agrees this is exactly why Houston (and Harden, in particular) have underperformed in the playoffs thus far.  Harden's had two bad postseason campaigns in a row since The Trade.

Lamarcus Aldridge reportedly has his thumb in a cast.  I expect some idiot to post a Bass trade idea with the Blazers based on the premise of taking advantage of this injury.

Personally I was hoping to trade Bass for Myers Leonard, but after the season Leonard is having. It's very unlikely the Blazers will let him go.

Kobe a starter.

West has Gasol, Griffen, and AD starting... is Blake the SF?
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

About as legitimate as ever.

Eh, the metric is "who do you want to see in the All-Star Game?", not "who's the best?", so I'd say it's a pretty good representation.

Lowry's an odd sight though, but I guess don't underestimate Canada.

That was a really nice shot by Rose.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

Including his huge 29 point game against the Celtics, Rondo's averages this month: 9 points, 6.9 assists, 5.2 rebounds, 1.6 steals on 38%/39%/00% shooting.    Surprised his 3-point shooting is so high.  He's a 26% shooting from three traditionally.

Think we'll ever see him make an all-star game again?  Think anyone will be silly enough to give him max money?
