Utah just won a close game in Detroit.

They played Dante Exum at PG down the stretch but didn't let him do much on offense. Played Alec Burks and Gordon Hayward alongside Exum and let the other two initiate and create on almost every possession. Clearly do not trust Exum's PG skills.

Neither team looked impressive to my eyes. A lot of average defense and below average offense.

Detroit should have won the game. They had a big lead. Were killing Utah on offensive glass. Looked the more secure team defensively. But their offense was terrible down the stretch. Nobody they could throw the ball to and ask to create something for them. Josh Smith was most threatening offensive player. Alec Burks played some really good defense on Brandon Jennings. Visibly disrupted Jennings.

Still not sold on Favors' or Drummond's defense. Both guys are athletic marvels but neither are smart defenders.

So I'm watching this boring Toronto/Philly game where the Raps are up 20 after 3 quarters. KJ McDaniels had a thunderous block. Instead of simply grabbing the ball out of mid air, he opted to pump his arm and volley-ball spike it into the crowd ten rows. Then as Toronto was getting ready to inbound the ball you could see McDaniels watching himself up on the Jumbotron. But hey, it looked cool, right?

Gerald Green has become the perfect heat check guy. Nice to see.

I'm really enjoying the Suns this year -- they seem like a best case scenario for our current roster (in maybe another two seasons), and that'd be a lot of fun to watch.

I still wish that he was a Celtic.  4 blocks in 28 minutes off the bench? :o  Deng ;) ;D.

New Orleans vs Cleveland has been pretty fun so far.  Ryan Anderson is absolutely tearing it up - 20 pts on 8 shots in 12 minutes.

Cavs will win a LOT of games playing the way they do. I just don't like the look of it, it's my turn type of ball. Nothing to do with team ball. Kyrie shoots it 10 straight, then LBJ, then Love will do his.
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

Typical LeBron team......and he is doing the same thing as Miami

Not much in first two quarters...he rests .....makes sure his teammates score and keep it close .  Then he expends energy to put them in front and protects the lead .

I think he is not as healthy as he once was.

The "me" ball may win them a lot of games, but it won't win them a championship!  ;D

It's kinda neat contrasting Kyrie with Austin Rivers, who is basically a Kyrie that's worse at absolutely everything.

So San Antonio played pretty poorly, yet the Clippers couldn't help but to throw the game away in the last quarter by letting them go on a 14-3 run in the closing minutes, losing the lead with under two to go.  Factor in Chris Paul pulling a Chris Webber with one second to go and the Clippers down 2 by calling a timeout when the Clippers had none left and you have a well-deserved loss by Los Angeles.
