I cringe everytime Smart takes a jumpshot, he needs to try to go to the basket more.

I don't understand how we say we are going to push the ball, but never pass the ball up the wings.  Its always dribble dribble dribble up the court which is the slowest way to advance the ball.  Not that we have many finishers on the wings but we at least have some ball handlers.

Smart might as well work on his jumpshot in preseason, these games don't matter.  Hell, he might as well work on it during what will assuredly be another development season.

It's funny how after the Pierce-KG Nets era failed, the Russian owned Nets have morphed into a Russian/Yugoslavian national team with Teletovic, Kirilenko, Karasev, and Bogdanovic all considered key players on this team.

It's really disappointing watching Olynyk play on nights like this. So passive on offense. Weak cuts. Lack of sharp movements. Just floating around out there away from the basket. Not directing the game. Just letting it pass him by. Not being aggressive with or without the ball.

Too skilled an offensive player as a big man to be so peripheral on offense.
