You know, aside from Smart and Young.  I'm more interested in guys outside the lottery (Randle aside), like Mitch McGary, KJ McDaniels, TJ Warren, Bruno Caboclo, Deandre Daniels, PJ Hairston, Rodney Hood, Roscoe Smith (if he gets a chance), Jabari Brown (if he gets a chance), Eric Moreland (if he gets a chance) - guys who were selected around 17 and later.  So, who's/who are yours, if any/anyone?

well, my fantasy team drafted randle, so yes, i will be watching him for sure. i dont like him as an nba player, but i think he will fill up fantasy stat sheets....or at least i hope so.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Kyle Anderson is a guy that seemed polarizing with draftniks. The Spurs are of course smart, and took a "gamble" at the end of the draft. Not to get controversial, but Dougie McBuckets has some baggage that can't be helped. I'm eager to see if he materializes into Adam Morrison, Wally Z, Kyle Korver, or better.

Besides Smart and Young

Jabari, Wiggins, Aaron Gordon (Wanted him with Smart), Randle, Shabazz Napier, and Adrien Payne (Somehow, I thought we were going to get him instead of Young)

Honestly, both of those guys seem to be stuck in mud whenever they have to run or use their lateral quickness defensively lol, although McDermott looked considerably quicker in the summer league, but, then again, it's still the summer league.

Exum - > Just to see what the hype is all about;
Wiggins/Parker - > if the bright lights make them better;

And of course:

Smart and Young - > I like what I am seeing from our picks so far;
Peavey Bass Player - relearning to play after 10 years sucks;

Wiggins interests me a ton.  The guy has a built-in chip on his shoulder to start his career.  I know they got Lebron for him, but the Cavs drafted the dude weeks earlier, then traded him before he ever got to play for them.  Jordan always played with a chip on his shoulder being the 3rd pick in the draft (probably a bit more offended by the Bowie pick than the Dream at #1).  I think he's going to come out playing hard.
Yup

Exum - from summer league, FIBA world and preseason so far nothing to be excited about. can't wait to see what he can really do. or if his handlers are just really good in selling him.

Looks like we'll have to wait on McGary - he's out 6 weeks with a fractured left foot.  Ouch.  He had 14 points yesterday.  Sigh.

Quote
Oklahoma City Thunder rookie forward Mitch McGary will miss six weeks because of a fracture in his left foot, the team announced Thursday.

McGary suffered the injury Wednesday in the Thunder's preseason opener against the Nuggets, a 114-101 loss. McGary started at power forward in place of Serge Ibaka (ankle) and was impressive in 36 minutes, scoring 14 points on 7-of-14 shooting with four rebounds and two assists. McGary flashed a keen offensive ability, syncing up with center Steven Adams on a number of possessions.

Kevin Durant has consistently praised McGary's play and enthusiasm during training camp.

"He's such a great teammate and you want to do as much as you can for him," Durant said Monday. "I love playing with him. He plays extremely hard. He listens. He wants to get better. He helps us get better as well. He's a smart basketball player."

McGary, selected 21st overall, missed all but eight games of his sophomore season at Michigan because of back issues that eventually resulted in surgery. He recently said at the beginning of the Thunder's training camp that he was "100 percent healthy." McGary was expected to battle for minutes in the Thunder's frontcourt rotation, possibly pulling minutes away from 34-year-old veteran Nick Collison, who had arthroscopic surgery on his knee during the summer.

What about the other rookie on the Bulls?  Mirotic, is it?  I can't remember.

It'll be interesting to see how Vonleh fares in the NBA, imo, given what was said about him at the time of the draft.  Isn't he injured now, or something?
