Team has had about a week of practice so the players aren't in anything close to real game shape yet. Legs are a big part of shooting - especially for AB.  No surprise that they were clanging the rim so much last night.  But it looks to me to be a hint as to how they're going to play...push it up and shoot the 3 ball quickly and frequently.

From one preseason game, he still can't finish, still shoots too much, and has not refocused himself on defense.

The difference this year is we have players in Turner and Thorton and even Smart who can start over him if needed.

Turner got 3.5 mil per year on the open market. Thorton is a guy the NETS didn't want to pay. Smart went 0-8 last night. Did he shoot too much?

Why do you and others think Bradley shoots too much? Bradley was nearly 40% from 3 last year on 3.3 attempts per game. Green shot 34% on nearly 5 attempts. Who was Bradley stifling with all this "chucking" he did last year?

It doesn't matter, "Bradley = chucker" has become the go-to meme for a lot of posters, so they will see it everywhere and ignore the evidence to the contrary.

...relatedly, Bradley really did take more shots per-minute than usual last year, and his assists dropped, but a lot of that was due to his bigger role.  His percentages weren't great but were not unusually bad either, which is where the perception breaks from reality.

I saw him miss long several times and that has little to do with the legs.  It would be nice if your theory applied here but he bricked several too hard.   When guys are tired they front rim it due to lack of lift a lot of times.

I think he was tight for some reason.
