Is this a precursor of sac gathering assets?

Yahoo Sports reports that the Sacramento Kings are finalizing a trade sending former Dallas Maverick (and Boston Celtics, and for like five weeks a Net) Jason Terry to the Houston Rockets for Alonzo Gee and other non-guaranteed picks which could create more cap room for the Kings. The Kings will also reportedly send two second-round picks to Houston.

I doubt Ainge would be interested in what SAC could offer for Rondo, but I do think this turns into a three-team deal, with Smith ending up in Sacramento. The Kings could reroute the non-guaranteed contracts from Houston along with another mid-sized contract (Derrick Williams?) to Detroit.
