Wow, that is a lot of back to backs.

Not sure I see the wisdom in cranking up those just so that there's an extended All-Star Break (green).

Why should that surprise you?  Lol the league always screws us in terms of scheduling.  I think from 09-10 to 11-12 each year started with 5 games in 7 days with back to back games on the road. ::)  I mean, come on guys, at least try to cover your tracks.  They always wanted to break us early lol, while in 09-10, the Lakers almost never played away from the Staples Center from October-December.  Typical ::)

When's the San Antonio Rodeo Road Trip happening this year?
At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.

Who creates this schedule BTW? Do the various team agree on it before it is published?
Peavey Bass Player - relearning to play after 10 years sucks;

The Celtics have 18 back to backs.  Three other teams have the same amount.  Four teams have 17.  Two teams have 16.  Thirteen teams have 20 or more, with the Pistons having the most at 22.  The Celtics have a below-average number of back-to-backs.

Wait, you're saying that the Pistons have fully HALF of their regular season in the form of back-to-backs? That's insane.

If the threat of another strike is the sleeping bear, NBA management didn't just poke it, they stabbed it with a flaming pitchfork.

Edit: Guess I should dial down my outrage, as last year's league leaders in back-to-backs also were subjected to 22 sets of them, according to that article. It still seems ridiculous to me to have that many.
