Assuming everyone is healthy.

West/East:
1. Paul/Rose
2. Westbrook/Wall
3. Curry/Irving
4. Parker/Rondo
5. Lillard/Lowry

Westbrook will be the best point guard in the NBA next season.

Someone in here say Tony Parker is overrated? Prob the most underrated player in the league. Lives in the paint, plays the right way, wins.

Rondo is probably not a top 10 point guard anymore. He'll still have nice stats though, but notice there isn't much interest around the league in his services?

I say you let him go to market, and sign him back if you want.

All these lists just show how strong the PG spot is these days. I think Rose looks like he hasn't lost a step and will return to best PG in the east next season.
You can't reason someone out of a position they didn't reason themselves into.

And you came to that conclusion how?

Didn't Ainge say that about 20 teams are happy with their PG's? Judging by some of the names on that list, that seems reasonable to suggest. So while Rondo might be better than 2/3 of the PG's in the league, the difference between him and the player he'll replace doesn't warrant the likely necessary compensation. And things become further dicey when you factor in his impending contract, his desire to play in a big market, and for a contending team.

Teams who have a dire need at the position, play in a relatively big market, and can at least be competitive team in the playoffs:

Miami
Dallas
Houston

Teams who have a dire need at the position and play in a relatively big market, regardless of record:

Miami
Dallas
Houston
LA Lakers
New York (although the triangle is a bad fit)

Now think of the likely compensation those teams can provide.

Wall first PG cut for USA basketball team. So do they like Irving, Curry, Rose and Lillard more or is Wall is being pulled by his team? Beal was also cut so I do think there may have been a Wizard team call. However while following USA Basketball reports they weren't getting good camp reviews.

What are your takes?

Curry and Rose are locks. Lillard can really shoot, which is beneficial in FIBA. Irving has his Coach K/Duke ties. Wall was the worst shooter of the bunch. I think 3 will make it, so it'll come down to Lillard and Irving.
