Jim Buss should be fired. (Not that I want him to be.)

I've heard multiple Laker fans cry this offseason. This is epic.  ;D

I need that as my new wallpaper...

Guys, you should all want the Lakers to be better than the Celtics right now, and as mediocre as humanly possible.  Nothing would be better as a Celtics fan, than to see the Lakers as the 9th seed in the West, drafting 14th overall next year.  Let's hope they enjoy the 20 years I had to endure, from the late 80's to early 00's.

Wouldn't it be better for the Lakers to be swept as the 8th seed every year with no chance at getting a top three pick in the lottery?  That's why I wanted Carmelo to go to LA, because he is an expert at first-round playoff exits.

Good to see as far as not wanting them to finish in the bottom 5 goes.

A front court rotation of J. Hill - J. Randle - E. Davis - R. Sacre would have to have been the worst in the NBA.

Boozer replaces Gasol
Randle replaces Kaman
Kobe replaces Meeks (maybe ;))
Lin replaces Farmar

Who keeps them out of the bottom 5 next season?

Wait, an owner's son is ruining a proud NBA franchise?

No, no, it's karma time, [dang] it!  Keep him in charge as long as Paul Gaston was (at least).  Muahahaha!

Boozer and his fake hair really are a good fit for the Lakers.
Peavey Bass Player - relearning to play after 10 years sucks;

I think the Lakers have a better record than us next season if Kobe plays.

Maybe we can get Randle from them for Jeff Green (sarcasm)! ::)  I know that Kupchak is the gm, but he does answer to buss, I believe.  We better strike while the iron's hot ;D  Kobe doesn't want to play with 'kids' anyway.  Plus, seeing Kobe getting frustrated with JG would be priceless ;D although, hey, that may actually be a good fit for Green, serving as Kobe's Pippen.

I did not see this coming, but I feel like I totally should have.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale
