Does Tommy take tally of Tommy Points?

If so, who led the Cs in Tommy Points last year? I will be surprised if it wasn't Hump or Bradley.

I doubt Tommy even knows who he gives Tommy points out to now a days never mind keeps track of them

I know that in past years there was a tally list, both for the season and all-time, in terms of who had won the most Tommy Awards.  It would usually appear on the post game show.  No clue where that whole board went, though, and I don't think they've ever kept track of who gets Tommy points during games, but I could be wrong.
