i'm interested in a nice hot cup of cappuccino right now. oh...you mean in boozer? heck no for the celtics. he would only add a few empty wins and push the rebuild back.

plus he would eat up minutes sully, olly, and "zelly" need to develop their games and playing together.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

does it matter where teams finished last year? If so , wouldn't the cavs have a better chance to land him? They were like 10th worst in the league last year. Or does it go by who offers Boozer the most ?

They need cap room.

In any case, Boozer is useless unless you're considering an extension for him, or are a contender and planning to make a push this season. He can't be traded for the full season, so pretty much a useless asset.

It's a blind bidding system, so whichever team bids the most, gets him.  The Bulls obligation is reduced dollar-for-dollar by the winning bid.  Perhaps if there are ties the winning bid goes to the team with the worst record the year prior, but I don't explicitly know that.

If the Rockets have cap space after declining to match the Parsons offer sheet and only signing Ariza, I can easily see them bidding on Boozer.

From us?  I hope not.  I have seen that Indiana is interested (for some reason), but I wouldn't put it past Miami to go out and get him, either.  A starting lineup of Napier/Chalmers, Wade, Deng, Boozer, and Bosh would be pretty formidable, imo.  At least, offensively.  I'd like to see him go back to Cleveland though, and try to finish what should have been a career-pairing of him and Lebron.  A frontline of Big Z, Boozer, and Lebron could have been the best front court trio in the league at that time, although there would certainly have been a lot of room for improvement on defense ;D  Don't rule out Dallas, either.  Cuban's already added RJ, is interested in JO, and Boozer would just round out his vision of having the most all stars from nba live 2004-2007 as possible on one squad, lol.  Fit be [dang]ed! ;D  I don't know how the bidding process works, but I'm sure that OKC would be interested.  They need someone who can score inside.  Anybody, really haha.
