2015 - three first round picks, ours and the Clippers and maybe the 76ers
2016 - three first round picks, ours and the Nets and the Cavs
2017 - one first round pick, the better of ours or the Nets
2018 - two first round picks, ours and the Nets

Chances of the C's using all of the picks in the draft are about 0%.

Correct, but the future can be ours based on the quantity and potential quality of some of those picks.  Assets, that's what they are, whether we use them to draft or use them to trade, either way, they should enhance the C's future.

That's what I was getting at there.

They're assets, more so, than actual draft picks.

Just keep adding more and more

more positivity, less negativity :)

I doubt we will use all of those picks, but our future does look bright with all those assets

The Cavs only gave us one first round pick.

Sixers pick will be second round picks.

I thought the Cavs pick is a choice for us to pick from '16-'19?

We should use a pick right now to dump Wallace.

Those picks of course potentially have a lot of value, but I'm convinced that it's going to take patience beyond this summer to really cash in on them. Look at the perceived value at one time of the '12 Clipps pick, or the future Bobcats pick the Bulls had versus what they became. The consensus is that Ainge fleeced Billy King, but maybe that's partially because in reality, picks in the distant future don't have the trade value armchair GM's like to dream on them having.

The Nets are a mess. They lost $144 million dollars last year.
I suspect their picks will be most valuable to us going forward.

I hope Danny does not get so enamored with his assets that he does not want to part with them. Don't get emotionally tied to assets they are only worth what you can get for them. Stockpiling assets for the sake of it means nada!!!

So with all these assets do we still need to TANK next year. And if we are all about assets why did we not commit to TANKING better last year? Or is that TANKING worse? Shrug!!
