I would say yes.
Zeller and splitter are similar players. Pf/c that is not especially strong, long, athletic but mobile , high iq, skilled, fundementally sound players
Splitter is not any better in terms of rebounding than Zeller. And he's a worse shooter -- he's got nothing outside of 10 feet.
