Parity, not disparity

 I've seen two posts saying LeBron to Cleveland is going to create a lot more disparity at the top of the Eastern Conference, and I couldn't figure out what they were talking about ... and then I realized they meant "parity."

I'm not trying to be the grammar police, but come on, people. 

And yes, I can see 4 or 5 teams duking it out for the top 3 seeds.
