couldn't catch the game today but i see Moser did very well off the bench.  Also went 3-6 at the three pt line and finished a nice dunk from a nice pass from Smart.

Draftexpress has him having a 7.0 " wingspan and exceptional 8'11 reach for a sf/pf.  A good rebounder also.

What else did he show today?? It's still early but this guy already looks like a million bucks compared to Babb and could pull ahead of johnson if he keeps it up

53 sec , nice steal attempt
1:10, nice alley hoop pass to KO
1:25, strong dunk , nice pass from smart
1:56, makes three point shot with 2 min left

if he keeps it up, sign him to a pressey type deal. tremendous value if it translates outside of summer league into the big games.

He had a nice game, but the most important general thought is to not overreact to summer league or D-league performances.  I'm sure many of you remember this:

15 points, 16 boards, and 14 blocks.  The next coming of The Dream.  He then proceeded to concuss himself by walking into a doorway soon after.

^add in how ESPN ranked fab Melo as the 2nd worst player in the nba (rank 499 out of 500) as well. The worst was Royce white.

While I loathe Fab Melo right now, ESPN's rankings are complete BS.

Moser was nice.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

Just watched the game for a second time, paying particular attention to Moser and Bertans, who were largely being ignored by the announcers and camera guys - understandably, I guess. Both guys had really good games, and Moser in particular impressed on both ends of the floor. The Magic weren't playing that big, but he was covering both the ostensible 4 and 5 at any given time. His line over 24 minutes: 6 for 11; 3 for 6; 17 pts; 3 boards; 3 assts; 3 steals and +6 in a relatively tight game...excellent passing skills...excited to watch him more closely over the rest of the games...

Remember when that news broke quite well. Possibly the most important and less publicized bit of info was that the other team played a 6'8 center if I remember correctly, or no center at all. One of the two.
Long-form is far from dead, but please refrain from paragraph-laden posts! Who wants to read that?!

After one game what can you possibly say about Mike Moser.  I love to see all our guys have + days but it's how consistent they are, that matters.
take Babb for instance, he can't catch a break. nothing he has thrown up there goes through the hole and if he doesn't turn it around shortly he's finished.
the problem is, I just don't think some of these guys play enough in different rotations to actually see where they would be the most effective!!!

This, a million times this. You can take something away from summer league, but usually not too much.

I thought he outplayed Babb.   I think playing well in SL is better than not playing well.  I think Babb is going to be cut this year, he simply did not have the same fire as last year.  He hit some threes that one game and that was it.   Moser might be worth a look as a 11th -12th guy on our team.

Moser has a nice quick, high release jump shot.
