Shamsports has a list of all exceptions.  After Golden State and Denver, the next biggest one that expires soon is OKC's $6.5m one from the Kevin Martin trade.

Id rather dump Avery Bradley IMHO. Jeff Green is a good player but can't play for a horrible team. He may just break 20ppg this year.....not likely but I am hoping.

I'm fairly sure Denver used theirs to bring in Afflalo.  Fournier's salary couldn't possibly be used to match.
