They'll be playing in the 2014 Orlando Summer League:

Monday, July 7, 2014 vs. Indiana Pacers

Wednesday, July 9, 2014 vs. Detroit Pistons

Thursday, July 10, 2014 vs. Orlando Magic

Friday, July 11, 2013 vs. TBD (Championship Day)

I was looking throughout the Las Vegas Summer League, but I didn't see the Celtics in the schedule. Does anyone know if they plan on playing?

From what I've gathered so far, it's day to day... so won't be able to tell one way or another until the day comes. A day ago they thought he might be ready, but just not sure myself.

TP for Saturday reminder.

No, they decided no Vegas a while ago.

For the second straight summer, the Celtics will not compete in Las Vegas. They fielded teams in both summer leagues in 2012, but prior to that had not played in Las Vegas since 2007.

It's only $15 for the summer league pass, but most of these games are when I'm at work.  Hmmm

Aren't these games usually on NBA.TV?  If so set your DVR.  Lol

To catch some of the action live, I thought of flying into Orlando on Wednesday morning and staying until Saturday.  Cost about $550 for the flight with a decent hotel.  Considering I would probably spend another $200 for meals, etc. I decided against it.  Will buy a new TV instead.

Looks like Young won't be ready to play yet.

Baxter Holmes @BaxterHolmes
Celtics first-round pick James Young (neck) again won't practice today. Unclear if he'll play in C's summer league opener Saturday.

A. Sherrod Blakely @SherrodbCSN
#Celtics James Young (neck) is doing some light shooting, but he's listed as day-to-day and is unlikely to play vs #Heat on Saturday.

For those who do not have NBA TV, does anyone know if/when/where the games will be telecast?

I haven't gone to Best Buy to check out the models, but I'm leaning towards buying one of these two lcd models:
http://www.samsung.com/us/video/tvs/UN55H6203AFXZA  55 inch or

http://www.samsung.com/us/video/tvs/UN48H6400AFXZA  48"

They are both priced about the same.  Most likely I would go with the 48 inch model because it's 3D which some say has a better picture quality and it also has more HDMI inputs.
